What is your theoretical approach?
My approach is eclectic, with a strong focus on solution-focused therapy. I help clients identify what they want to change and find practical ways to make it happen, rather than dwelling on the past. My goal is to help you understand yourself and create the changes needed to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
How long will I be in therapy?
It really depends on what you’re working through. Some clients come in for a short time to focus on one specific challenge, while others continue for several months or longer to support ongoing growth. Many of my clients choose to continue therapy for years to stay on track and navigate life changes as they occur. We’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
